Joint Assessment with AQT. AQT provides capital for joint assessment with traders to evaluate trading capabilities and strategy stability.

Maximum capital allocation after passing Phase 1. Access to high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. AQT matches traders with multiple institutional funds.

What qualifications do I need to apply?
While we value candidates with backgrounds in mathematics, computer science, finance, or physics, we primarily look for analytical thinking, passion for financial markets, and a growth mindset. Candidates at all levels are welcome to apply.
Do I need prior trading experience?
While prior trading experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory for entry-level positions. Our training program is designed to build your skills from the ground up. However, some understanding of financial markets is expected.
How long does the program take?
The progression through levels depends entirely on your performance. Some exceptional traders advance quickly, while others may take more time to develop their skills. Each level typically has a 4-week evaluation period.
What markets will I be trading?
Our program covers multiple markets including equities, futures, options, and cryptocurrencies. You'll have the opportunity to specialize in specific markets based on your interests and strengths as you progress through the program.
Is the program remote or in-person?
The AQT Trader Training Program is primarily conducted in-person at our trading facilities to provide optimal mentorship and real-time feedback. However, we offer hybrid options for exceptional candidates in certain circumstances.
